Desserty Thirty



When clients come to us to create a dessert bar we start with a few very simple questions:


What is your guest count?

What flavors do you love and more importantly, what flavors do you hate?

Tell us the mood you would love to create and don’t be shy about it.

Do you have any inspiration images?

What is your budget?


After these questions are answered we get to work right away. We create an itemized  menu that we think will be perfect for your special occasion and work with you until it’s just right. This usually only consists of about two or three revisions as we know that parties are a lot of work, and we want you to cross things off your list as soon as you can.

After the menu is set we offer design services and stand rentals that can really transform your space and completely blow your guests away. We love to stretch our wings and play with flowers but also have a list of amazing vendors to suggest if you’d really like to go big.

This “Desserty Thirty” party was for our dear friend, Kyle, from Revisionist Events and as you can see, his home kitchen was transformed into the dreamiest of spaces. Flower Power Productions created this jaw-dropping floral installation over the island which framed our desserts perfectly. As this party demonstrates so well, you don’t always have to rent out a venue to create a beautiful environment and as long your event is centered around good food, good music, and fresh flowers – you really can’t go wrong. Candlelight always works wonders, too.

Keeping the dessert table full, boasting with lots of options, will allow your guests to really linger, try new things, and feel appreciated and special. I think we sometimes get overwhelmed by parties, but in truth they should be enjoyed by everyone, especially the host.

Chocolate fudge donuts with chocolate ganache, candied orange peel and freeze dried strawberry crumble

Cinnamon sugar donuts with vanilla bean glaze

French pear tart with toasted hazelnuts

Chocolate chip, cornflake and marshmallow cookies

Vanilla bean cupcakes with vanilla buttercream and pomegranate ganache

Meringue Bar:
chocolate swirl
sweet almond

Served with:
espresso chocolate sauce
homemade butterscotch sauce
pomegranate sauce
fresh fruit
vanilla bean whipped cream
sliced almonds
